Sell Discipline

AG Asset Management will eliminate a security if the following factors are met:

Fundamental factors:

• Target price objective met
  Analysis reveals overvaluation
  Theme maturity:  stocks related to maturing themes checked for sustainability
• Analyst no longer believes in initial investment thesis

Technical factors:

• 10-15% loss relative to industry or other benchmark
  Period of extreme appreciation
• Violation of 200 day moving average price trend
