About Westwood

Westwood has an unwavering focus on providing the highest quality investment management and an exceptional level of service. Meeting our clients' needs with integrity, efficiency and consistency is the cornerstone of our culture.

Established in 1983, Westwood is a top-performing investment manager based in Dallas, Texas, that offers investment management services to institutions, mutual funds and high net worth clients.

Westwood Management was founded as an SEC-registered investment advisor in 1983 by Susan M. Byrne, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer.

On July 1, 2002, we became an independent and publicly owned company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the name Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. (NYSE: WHG). WHG is included in the Russell 2000 and Russell 2500 indices.

Westwood Management and Westwood Trust are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Westwood Holdings Group.

Westwood Management provides investment advisory services to corporate pension funds, public retirement plans, endowments and foundations, mutual funds and clients of Westwood Trust.

Westwood Trust, a trust company chartered by the State of Texas, offers customized global investment solutions. Clients include high net worth families, foundations and institutions seeking allocation amongst a broad range of domestic and international investment funds.

The WHG Funds are a family of SEC-registered mutual funds. Westwood Management Corp. serves as the investment advisor to the WHG Funds family.

Over the years, Westwood has evolved from a small company offering a single product into a firm offering solutions for a variety of clients. We have not, however, lost sight of our disciplined investment process or the client service excellence that has served our firm well for over 25 years.
